At PropMix, we focus on the success of our customers. I have noticed that there is a strong culture of acknowledging customer issues, big or small, as quickly as possible. This is then followed up with providing a resolution of the issue at the earliest. Sometimes, we may have to provide a workaround for our customers while the original issue is getting fixed. We are upfront about the reasons that could have resulted in the issue. Our customers have always appreciated our responsiveness and accountability in enabling their business.

We at PropMix India proactively work on ensuring a positive and warm environment for the team to work on. Employees who wish to work smart with maximum output and minimum time are encouraged to do so to find time for their family and personal interests outside of work.

PropMix India extends a good level of flexibility for the employees. The employees can choose to work according to their convenience as long as commitments to the team and the customers are met. The company ensures that the employees find the time to do their assignments, attend to personal needs, and also take part in professional development activities that aid their career advancement.

Team events are organized periodically to offer a platform for the employees to showcase their creative talent. Leave plans are designed to take care of the employee benefits. Wellness leave is available for women employees. Team building activities are conducted every few months to create a sense of belonging and personal rapport among the employees.

Throughout the pandemic, all members of the PropMix team transitioned to remote work to prioritize the safety of both employees and their families. As a female employee, I take pride in being part of PropMix, where recruitment is based on merit rather than factors like gender or location. This inclusivity was particularly evident during the pandemic with the implementation of the "Work from anywhere" policy. For women managing childcare and household responsibilities, achieving work-life balance while working from home can be challenging, but PropMix provides flexible scheduling options to help maintain that balance.

As a fresh graduate, it is an excellent start to my career as a software developer at PropMix, where I can further grow, improve, and apply my skills and knowledge. All of the team members are helpful, supportive and kind. We joined PropMix during Corona and didn't get a chance to work in the office, which is our main regret, but the good thing is that we still meet once a month and have lunch, so we can get to know everyone.
