Job Summary:
Be the first line of contact for new prospects. Generate sales either by following up on prospects or leads generated via marketing campaigns – including cold calling in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products
- Run email campaigns using software tools, email lists, and email content provided
- Answer incoming calls from prospects
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the sales requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how the product meet their needs
- Record the lead’s personal information accurately in CRM software and keep records of total number of calls made, emails sent, contacts made, etc
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of CRM software such as HubSpot, email software such as MailChimp, and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
Required Qualification:
- Graduate or Equivalent
- 3 to 4 years experience in BPO/Sales -Preferably US based process
